In March 2020, we were all notified that there was a virus that is extremely dangerous to all of us and that sever precautions should be taken. As we are considered essential workers by the Federal and State description, we know the importance of being available to help those in need of our services. As we work very closely with our customers, and all the workers at Above Average Moving LLC have family members that could be at risk of contracting this deadly virus, we take this threat very seriously.

What does this mean for you?

• As we have been following the CDC guidelines in keeping you, your family, us, our families, and the community safe, we are doing everything we can to ensure that we are not spreading or contracting this deadly virus by:Requiring our movers to wear masks, and gloves when inside a customer’s home
• Disinfecting our trucks everyday
• By asking our customer’s to social distance, when possible, when we are in their homes
• By requiring any of our staff members to stay at home and self-quarantine for two weeks if they:
  1. Have come in contact with someone who has tested positive, or if they themselves has tested positive for the virus, or who shows symptoms of the virus.
  2. Have been in an area with high cases of COVID, or have been on vacation where the cases are higher, that they self-quarantine for two weeks.
  3. Must stay home if they are not feeling well, have a temperature, or have any symptoms of COVID-19, and are encouraged to be tested for COVID-19.

As Above Average Moving LLC is very concerned about our community and the people who work for us, we will continue to maintain our commitment to keeping you, your family, us, our families, and the community safe from this deadly virus. We continue to update our COVID-19 policy, as the CDC and State recommendations update their guidelines, we will continue to follow those guidelines until this threat has been eliminated. Thank you.
